If you love finding the really hard and interesting bugs while automating yourself out of manual regression passes, here is a unique opportunity to be a part of the QA effort for a wave of new products that will change the way consumers cook at home. We are looking for a senior SDET with 5 or more years of industry experience writing and executing test plans, developing test automation for JavaScript and native applications, and owning the defect database for one or more complex feature areas. You might be the right fit if you love food, are self-directed, and know how to set the right quality bar while keeping the product on schedule.



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field with 5+ years’ experience in software design and programming.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, some experience with Python, C or Javascript preferred.
  • You write just enough test plan documentation and test cases that enable others to execute and/or automate.
  • You have built automation suites that run as part of the project CI and/or nightly build system.
  • You can represent QA at defect triage meetings.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner to all audiences
  • You are comfortable in a collaborative, agile development environment
  • You are unabashedly customer focused.
  • You quickly assimilate whatever technologies are needed for a project.


Helpful experience

Unit test frameworks such as Karma, automation frameworks such as Jasmine, integration with Jenkins and other build systems. C and C++ testing, mobile and embedded device testing.
